Shockingly Bad

I have been a loyal JL cardholder for as long as I can recall. I attempted to switch to NewDay in May and my application has been in limbo since. New Day claims that 'my credit history' needs to expire my application, which is improbable and bizarre. Meanwhile, I am unable to progress my application. John Lewis, what have you done?
