Can I give a multi-minus star rating? Just so very bad!!!

Please John Lewis, find another provider - the move to New Day was such a bad decision. So many, many reasons why this provider is inappropriate for your customer base, but here's a few: - credit card contactless rarely works which is inconvenient - we clear our balance monthly and have no debts whatsoever, but can't get a credit small increase because 2 of us are on the same account to gain more points, and no one will tell us why - their business focuses on lending to lower i...
