Insurance policy is not the problem, cheap enough to be happy with . Its the fact I had a accident in January 2023 and it is still dragging on 8 months later . This is a non fault claim on my behalf and I am feeling more like the victim as time goes on . I am out of pocket for lost earnings, lost of riding gear that was cut off at the scene of the accident and no compensation for injuries sustained in accident . Yes I am aware yous don't handle these directly but you should be at least checking on the progress if you are genuinely concerned with your customers the whole process so far has been a shambles. So far as I am concerned you have zero chance of getting my custom back after this is finally settled. Would I reckoned you ? At this point in time , NO ! Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
