How can it be so bad

My experience with Aegon retirement platform/workplace pensions (as a pension professional) is appalling. They clearly do not care, and it's a complete rip off. Each time I contact them, you just can't get hold of anyone, and they pass you from one team to another. Most frustrating. And technology doesn't work. Invest in your company for goodness sake.
