AWFULL, NOT EVEN ONE STAR

I recently joined GoSkippy, after getting a quote that seemed just fine. However, after I paid the quote, I was hit with a lot of hidden fees and charges. They also asked me for documents that they didn't ask for at the beginning (and confirmed we wouldn't need), which made the process very frustrating. I tried to contact customer service, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I'm very disappointed with this company and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ON TOP OF THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.
