Change in renewal price.

Absolute scam. I planned on leaving Admiral through there app before my car insurance renewal. They offered me a good price to stay with the company. It was actually the same price i was paying for the previous year. So i decided to stay, but for some reason, and without any warning. When the money was taken from my account, they had actually charged me nearly double what i was paying the year before. I decided to ring them up, which was useless, all they could do was lower the price by around £20 which would still make the overall price £40 more a month than last years. So i decided to leave, which they then charged me £25 to do that. Make sure that when you receive an online quote to screenshot it. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
