Great service

One of the best car insurance I’ve used. Great customer service they even let you know every month when you direct debit is due. Easy to contact by telephone but I’ve used the web chat as I had to change something you can even upload scanned documents on the chat so things can be sorted there and then. Great service

It’s the first time I’ve used One call insurance having used another insurance company for years. What a difference I have found. They were cheaper also easy to deal with and when I found something on the policy that wasn’t right I used their live chat which was with a human being and was sorted straight away. They also send me reminders regarding my payments coming out of my bank account. All in all a great service. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
