A company that listens

When it came to reviewing my car insurance I was expecting an increase with my old insurer given that I had made a claim earlier in the year. I wasn’t expecting such a big increase however (150%!) for the fact that my handbrake failed whilst parked in a car park and my car rolled slowly onto another car. I wasn’t even in it! Speaking with One Call and going through the process of obtaining a quote I was amazed by the quality of their service. They actually seemed to ‘want to know’ the person they were dealing with as opposed to simply renewing a policy at whatever cost. I’m now happily insured by One Call and will be advising my wife to seek a quote from them when her own policy comes up for renewal. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
