I purchased car insurance with one call and breakdown cover which I paid extra for and they left me stuck stranded in the middle of the road a single woman for eight hours overnight on my own. They kept fobbing me off that help was coming but it never came I was terrified and there customer services failed to provide any accommodation or rescue assistance don’t use them Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
