I broke down in a carpark with my steering locked so couldn't move it .Phoned One call insurance and man on the phone was very helpful he got a tow truck out straight away and I didn't have to wait very long before the mechanic turned up .One call kept me informed as how long I would have to wait and kept updating me by txt message . Good service and quick service

My car broke down in a carpark so I had to call for assistance. Contacted One call insurance spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who took my details and explained clearly how the recovery of my car and how long it would take to get to me.I received up todate txt mesages of the recovery and it took less than predicted. The machinic was very helpful in dealing with getting my car out of the car park and I was very happy with the overall service. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
