Generally good service

I’ve had mostly good service with this company. Amazing throughout covid! Only negatives are when I moved home last yr and my premium went up I wanted to know why as I’d moved to safer area, the guy on the chat was a bit rude. Other time was when I claimed on my insurance and was trying to get it sorted. I was on the phone for over an hr to get it sorted and was then told to call back again tomorrow as everyone was off to the Christmas party. Again rude and not very good customer service. But apart from those times I cannot fault one call insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
