Good price, not easy to get hold of

Good price for the cover, sometimes the processes don't work quite as smoothly which is a shame as they're not available (despite the name) by phone, so can be difficult to sort out issues. Second year with them, I got a significantly cheaper price by getting a new customer quote instead of renewing even though adding business cover. Surprising but happy with the price.
