Excellent user-friendly service

I have been fortunate to have not had the need to claim, but I have nevertheless been impressed with the service Laka provides. I like the ability to customise insurance to my needs, as well as the way the insurance fund is financed - especially reducing fees when there have been collectively fewer claims. It is a model I wish other insurance firms would replicate! Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
