Great customer service

When I rang to renew my pet insurance, Deanna was brilliant. She was helpful, friendly and made a ordinarily complicated decision easy and straightforward. For some reason my insurance didn't auto renew so I found that my insurance had expired. I was won over by her great attitude, expertise and how she resolved my situation efficiently.
