They help you rebuild your CS. Not a scam!

I have used loqbox once before, and saved over 12 months with them, opened a TSB current account and transferred the money into that! They make it very clear that if you transfer the saved funds into your own bank account then a fee would apply. I am now using them again to do another 12 month savings plan to help build my score back up. The poor reviews stating they are a rip off. It’s kind of unfair as they are clear regarding fees etc. it really ball down, too incompetence for not reading the information before making an adult decision. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2023

1st Class Customer Service 5*****

Have only had to deal with customer services for one issue and I must say that they were extremely efficient in handling it for me. Really polite and friendly attitude too. As long as my renewal premium doesn’t go up too much, I’ll definitely be insuring my car with them again. Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
