Any chance to not pay

Used a clause to do with scaring animals and live stock to not pay for vet bills on an indoor cat. Tried to appeal but they wouldn't change their minds. Even had my vets email them to say they are wrong and should change their decision. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Our policies exclude fees as a result of behavioural issues; this exclusion includes the part regarding scaring livestock. If your vet considers there to be an underlying medical cause for the fees incurred we would take this into consideration.
