Poor rate of return

My dog had to go to out if hours vet. Cost about £850, got about £450 back. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good morning, We are sorry to hear of your comments. any settlement is subject to the terms of cover including limitations; for out of hours fees there is a limitation of £90; this is because such a fee is typically a surcharge for the pet being seen out of typical practice hours. any treatment provided is considered under the vet's fees section of cover.
