Simple, hassle-free and friendly service

We recently put in a claim to cover our vet bill for our dog. Cannot fault the service we received from The Insurance Emporium. We received confirmation that they had received our claim almost instantly and it was paid out within a week. I spoke to a friendly staff member as they needed to get payment information from me. As someone who doesn't like dealing with 'life admin' and puts it off - I was really happy and impressed with the service I received. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023
