A helping hand with a potential accident claim

One Call came to my aid when an older driver who I assisted in guiding her out of the car bay next to mine , promptly smashed my rear light and scratched my car. The driver drove off despite of appeals from witnesses to leave her details. One Choice made sure that the used every means to contact the driver...though we had only a partial number plate...
