Avoid at all costs....

We broke down on the 2nd September at a Campsite, we were travelling with our family and caravan. My Husband purchased National Recovery and Homestart from this company back in June. We spent over 4 hours on our initial telephone call trying to get through to them. Eventually when the call was answered the chap explained that we were not covered within our policy to be recovered home. They wanted to take the car to a local garage, bearing in mind this was now Saturday afternoon.... Reviewed on: 4th September 2023
