Trying to get on the phone almost impossible, customer portal not working properly.

Have to use online since phoning if you don't want a quote or claim it is impossible to contact them. Their website keeps saying use 'customer portal' they have no number. Sometimes you need to talk to them. I have two policies with them when I go to customer portal only one policy is shown. Log out and back in only the second policy shown. Can never see both policies listed at the same time when logged in. Seems to be random which policy they show. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023
