Fantastic Company

I've been navigating the insurance market for years, often finding myself overwhelmed and bogged down by the intricate jargon and impersonal customer service—until I discovered Policy Expert in 2011. From my very first interaction, I felt they were genuinely different. Their commitment to simplifying the insurance process really stood out. I was pleasantly surprised by the jargon-free policies which made understanding my coverage options a breeze. But what truly won me over was their unparalleled customer service. Each time I reached out, their staff were not just knowledgeable, but incredibly friendly and understanding. It felt less like I was speaking to a company and more like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about my concerns. Seeing them grow over the years, now serving over 1.3 million home & car insurance customers across the UK, doesn't surprise me at all. Their continuous No. 1 ranking on the Review Centre is well-deserved. I'm especially impressed by their continuous efforts to better their services—be it through online claim processes or reinvesting in the business based on customer feedback.
