Very client/pet centred

I have always found The insurance emporium to be very quick at responding to claims and they answer the phone quickly with a friendly knowledgeable person on the other end. We have an elderly cat and claims are paid quickly with no questions and when our premium went up it was still reasonable even though our cat has a lifelong condition.
