Brilliant service

I was unfortunate enough to be taken ill while on holiday and the support and service I received was second to none. From arriving at the doctor to being sent to hospital I was contacted and advised at all points. Whenever I needed to speak to someone at any time I could pick up the phone and there would be someone to help answer any queries. On discharge from hospital I was placed in a beautiful apartment until my flight back to the UK (to an airport of my choice) was arranged. Transport for all was provided. Really couldn’t have asked for more and such a relief at what could have been a dreadful time for all concerned. Advice to always get insurance is to be listened to and you’d do well to choose this brilliant company. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

So reliable

I was unfortunate enough to fall ill on holiday this year and the last thing you need when you’re feeling terrible is the worry of if the insurance covers you. These guys were fantastic, from speaking to the Dr initially, then the whole paperwork stuff for admitting me to hospital to arranging a place to stay on discharge until they could get me a flight home, plus transport to the airport and back home when I landed. I seriously couldn’t have asked for more. At all times I could just contact someone who would, for starters, put my mind at rest, and then explain what would happen next and tell me if I needed to do anything in the meantime. I would totally recommend this company for all your travel insurance and it was extremely good value. I’m so glad (and grateful) that I chose them. Thank you. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
