Very informative customer service

I had a lot of questions about my travels, which a customer service assist helped with. This included medical such as being severely anaemic and how this would be covered, and about returning home between two backpacking trips, one of which I did not have a return flight booked. She made it clear to me all the details, and suggested that I could just ring up and extend my insurance if I planned to stay longer than initially booked for which happens with backpacking trips a lot. I found a lot of other providers would not cover you if you didn’t have a return flight booked which made this company a good choice for backpacking compared to others.
