Good value but poor communication

I’ve been waiting on replies for my claims for a while now. One is over a month and one is just under a month. I originally was getting replies which was helpful but then was asked for the same information again and haven’t heard back. They were the best value insurer though which I appreciate as a budget backpacker. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
