The true measure of a business...

I can only repeat what I wrote on Trustpilot, in March 2020...'Had to cancel Travel Insurance arranged through R&T, as a result of Covid-19. They were utterly brilliant, from first contact, to refund, despite the volume of transactions I feel sure they were dealing with, on behalf of other customers. Great on the phone, no reams of documents required, no obfuscation. Can't praise them highly enough. I shall not hesitate to use them for future cover, as and when travel reverts to some kind of normality. One of the 'good guys', at a time of extreme difficulties for all'... First Class Business

During the earliest days of the pandemic, WFTI couldn't have been more accomodating in allowing me to cancel a policy I had taken out, for a soon thereafter aborted holiday. I promised to deal with them on the next available opportunity and am now doing so, for a holiday this month. I don't buy the cheapest insurance. I look for a proven claims expert, as an indication of quality. After all, should one need to claim, a demonstrable track record in meeting customer needs, is essential. That apart, the WFTI terms are all-encompassing, at a sensible premium. Excellent business! Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
