So Reliable and impressive

After our van was scraped by a young driver, the assessor was very impressive and Knowledgeable as our van is nearly 60 years old. Excellent service all round from arranging the repair to sign off. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Recently for the second time in ten years we have had to call on the Caravan Club insurance service.

Ten years ago,a driver dozed off whilst overtaking our outfit on the M42,and damaged our caravan.The van is a 1963 Cheltenham Waterbuck,and the assessor who called was very,very impressive in his knowledge of old caravans and his understanding of our need for a complete respray to ensure colour matching. The claim was processed with great efficiency and resulted in our complete satisfaction. Sadly we had a very similar incident on 1st April this year when a young lady misjudged our speed whilst joining our dual carriageway and scuffed the rear 4 feet of the van.We were very surprised when the same assessor attended and remembered the previous incident.He efficiently arranged the repair with the same repair shop and the result,although only a partial spray,was outstanding and we are over the moon with the finished job.We have found the Caravan Club insurance service to be exemplary on two occasions.
