Info missing and cost needs improvement.

Making a medical claim has taken longer than necessary, because the first agent I spoke with did not request information that they would need to pay out my claim. This company needs to make it clearer when completing a claim that a doctor's note with diagnosis detailed is required, rather than accepting an invoice as the first agent suggested. It would have been helpful to know this when looking at the site abroad or in the emails sent so you can request the information prior to returning home. In addition the cost of this policy was very high. Otherwise the company has been friendly and answered quickly when discussing my claim over the phone. It was also easy to set up the policy.
