Extremely helpful & friendly consultants.

I was booking travel insurance which wasn’t quite straightforward due to some recent medical tests. The consultant was extremely helpful, patient & friendly. Unfortunately I made an error with holiday return date and had to phone back a couple of days later to have it amended. The second consultant was equally friendly & helpful. I was delighted that there was no additional charge for my extra days holiday not for having to make the amendment. Great service all round. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
