Finally a good outcome

I had to unfortunately claim on my travel insurance because my husband had been taken ill while I was away. After a lot of paperwork backwards and forwards the doctors to get paperwork signed, and having to do that twice because the first lot didn’t arrive, I had almost decided to throw in the towel feeling like this is made difficult hoping that I would give up, and I almost did.. It had been a very stressful time having my husband going through 3 brain surgeries, nearly losing him, I was so stressed out that was all becoming too much to deal with. However I decided to persevere and in the end they paid me more than what I was expecting, so I was truly grateful. I would recommend this company because you have to understand that their are so many people trying to make false claims that they have to make sure that they get all the correct information to deal with any claim.
