Easy,Kind, Understanding

I took out a multi-trip travel insurance policy, I have a variety of medical history including cancer and surgery. It was easy to fill in all the details online and there was various levels to choose from depending on how much I wanted to spend! It was a reasonable price for annual multi-trip! Then later on I remembered some medical treatment I'd forgotten to add and called them up and spoke to Debbie, she was kind, friendly and very understanding. She really helped me feel at ease and went through the information I had to add, then she gave me the bill and it was under £5.00. Even better! Lovely service, and it's great to find an insurance company that doesn't discriminate against medical conditions and gives you a fair price! Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
