Very slow response to a straight forward claim

This claim took 6 months to settle. Very slow response and often no reply or response from yourselves Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good morning, We are sorry to hear your comments. Having looked at the details of your recent claim, we can see that we needed to request further information regarding your horse, including a vetting certificate. Without these requested items, we were unable to proceed with the assessment of your claim. Following receipt of the requested information, we needed your Vets to clarify some of the invoices. Once clarification was provided a settlement was duly raised. We are sorry if the claim took longer than was expected however we did email at regular intervals to confirm what was needed to proceed with your claim.
