Reasonable price but be careful of small print

Had a £360 out of hours vet bill, insurance only gave me £56 back after excess and not covering the out of hours consultation fee. Will be looking for alternative providers. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good morning, We are sorry to hear you were disappointed by the settlement of the claim. Our policies will cover £90 of the out of hours fee if the condition is life threatening; out of hours fees are a surcharge for seeing the pet outside of usual hours. any fees for treatment would be considered under the terms of cover.
