Worst ever customer service in the world

I have been a Vaquis credit card customer since 12 July 2007. Now I have 29 credit cards with a limit of £84,030. The worst ever credit card customer service and higher interest is Vanquis. The staff are so incompetent that for more than 2 months, they couldn't refund the amount of £4500. They're thinking that if they don't refund, what can we do!!?
