Huge premium increase each year!

Every year with zero claims premium will go up 25/35% until you call to complain you will then get it reduced, where is loyalty, premiums need to kept as low as possible for loyal customers I have been with them 7 years. Not seen any loyalty benefits just increases Reviewed on: 10th September 2023

Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good morning, We are sorry to hear your comments. Without having the opportunity to review your specific policy it's difficult to advise. Premiums are calculated taking into account many factors, such as age, breed, location, increasing Vets Fees, and we do not rate on individual terms. We can at times offer a discretionary discount to a premium, however this is not guaranteed and is done as a goodwill gesture. Whilst we appreciate for some policyholders, a premium increase can be higher than expected, we are able to discuss changes to the policy such as a lower cover limit if applicable.
