A bad situation turned into a hopeful one

This morning I thought there was no hope for my horse and was about to make the call to have her put to sleep as I simply could not afford her treatment. I called the Insurance Emporium and spoke to Rachel who was very professional, friendly and sympathetic towards the confusion with my policy. She has given me hope, although not guaranteed, that I can save my horse and I will be forever grateful that I got to speak to Rachel today, no matter the outcome.
