I had my motorbike insured with one call, when it was due for renewal I got a better deal from another company. On the renewal from one call it said it would automatically renew my policy from the renewal date. I tried ringing them all automated, I tried on line, you could only take out a new policy or renew old one. In the end I had to call my bank to stop it renewing. Would not use or recommend this company again. Reviewed on: 11th September 2023
