Review of the Aegon, Pension:

I've never had an interaction with Aegon where I felt I came away with a positive outcome. I've just come out of a call where I confirmed and accepted a pension offer. It will now take them 5 days to email me a form that I need to print, sign and scan back as a pdf. No problem there, but why do all their processes seem to be designed to be slow and hinder?
