Review of the One Call Insurance, Car insurance broker:

One Star (not one call)

It's ironic that it's nigh on impossible to phone a company that are called One Call Insurance. When I asked this I was told that they are now "internet only". When you have a customer service issue it's a nightmare to get to talk to someone. Also, they insure learner drivers and then cancel the policy the minute they pass their test and this mob pocket the full years premium (minus a very small amount which they refund. Their admin charges etc mean you get pretty much zero back). Avoid this mob at all costs. How they have won this award before baffles me! Reviewed on: 16th September 2023
