Their personal touch is still there for me!

I have insured my caravans using the CMC facilities for over 30 years and have always found the premium to be good value for money. Their telephone service continues to be responsive in an age when business cutbacks generally can mean long waiting times to speak to a company representative. Such an opportunity to discuss one's circumstances is most appreciated in an age when it seems the computer otherwise "says No". Their personal touch is still there and works well for me.
