Left without a car

The policy of delaying a courtesy car until it’s decided if the car is to be repaired or written off only leaves one in a dilemma. Even though i stressed I need to be mobile as I take care of my grandmother in her end of life period, I was spun lines that would only ensure the profits of the company came first no Mayer what.
