My experience was relatively good. The vet bill was exhorbitant, but the insurance paid back about a month after. They also have a phone line to which I have called when concerned about my pet's health, before going to the vet.

I had my handlebars stolen in London. Within a week I had the cost of repairing and parts transfered into my account. Easy to use and great communication with the agent all the way through.
