Ignorant customer service team

Emails to try and track down my pension have been completely ignored despite the fact that both the Pension Tracing Service and HR department from my former employers both telling me I'm with Aegon. Has been over two weeks now and have sent multiple emails, which have all been ignored. I'm expecting to die of old age before they get back to me. No paper correspondence at all over the last 5 years means I don't have a policy number to hand which I guess puts me in the "let's ignore this guy and keep his money" folder.
