For once, insurance that's straightforward

Didn't anticipate having a cat but a young male wandered in and showed no signs of leaving; he needed food and looking after. Despite weeks of searching for an owner and nobody claiming him, I had him chipped and neutered and he became ours. Then had to look at insurance, which is something I dread. I always feel insurance companies have an underlying agenda in not wanting to pay out and the forms/questions can be complicated and vague so I get stressed. This time, everything was quick, easy and uncomplicated. I guess, the proof of the pudding will be if I ever have to make a claim, which I really hope I don't and if the premiums go up too much after initially taking the policy out. However, I'm hopeful that they won't. Reviewed on: 19th September 2023
