Poor service throughout

My experience with animal friends has not been great at all. Its been poor from the start and they certainly are not very 'Animal Friendly'. They entice you in with the charity work they do, but how much have they actually given nowadays.? My claims process was a nightmare and they declined it. I had to raise a complaint to get this reviewed which they changed their mind. Obviously not experienced at the assessor stage. Reviewed on: 21st September 2023
