Helping Hand

After what we would consider a traumatic experience that was not our fault, I rang them when it happened and was helped and supported instantly. Advice was given to ‘what to do next’ but considering the best for us. Once home and the caravan was deemed a write off, we didn’t have long to wait until we received our insured amount 100% less excess, which we are now putting towards a new van.
