Brilliant Customer Service and Everything You Need In A Policy!

As a new driver, your first car is a very exciting and special experience. The customer advisor which I spoke to at Collingwood, over the phone, seemed to understand this and was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I had no experience with insurance policies, prior to my experience with Collingwood and, I must say, if every experience with an insurance company was similar to the outstanding and positive experience I had with Collingwood, then the reputation of insurance companies would sky rocket and the insurance industry would not have such a daunting and scary reputation, particularly with new drivers, like myself. Thank you so much to Collingwood Insurance, who made the experience of getting a first car all the more special, memorable and happy. I truly felt like I was being looked after and my best interests were being considered, in regards to getting the right policy, both now and later after I have passed my test (fingers crossed!).
