I have only joined Policy Expert this year and have no experience in making a claim. However I did break down and couldn't access the breakdown number, but I had the office number to ask for assistance, this was outside normal office hours, and a very helpful lady put me directly through to the breakdown services. They were extremely pleasant too and recovered me back home. The only other policy offering breakdown as part of the policy was dreadful when put to the test. This experience has inspired confidence in Policy Expert. Reviewed on: 26th September 2023
