I had a better Insurance offer from another company...

I had a better Insurance offer from another company but as i have been with One Call for a number of years i rang to see if they could better that offer, the agent i spoke to was very polite and very informative and after going through my Policy with me and making one or two slight tweaks she managed to bring down the oringinal qoute beating the other compaany's offer by a fair margin. The only downside to my experience was trying to finding their telephone number in the "Contact Us" section of the website. I could text, live chat or email but i could'nt find a telephone number, one to one talking is what i am most comfortable with, as i find it easier to explain myself. The name One Call is what originally attracted me to the company but you are very much challenged in trying to make that "one call" Once your through to them the staff are really good at their job and If this one drawback could be retified I would have no negitive observations what so ever. Brokers who are customer focused.

A very helpful Insurance Brokers with customers at the forefront of all they do, to date i have been a customer for around 5 years and all my dealings with them , whether it be online or over the phone have been actioned promptly and to my satisfaction, the call center staff have always been polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. Helpful and Curtious Staff

At Renewal my car insurance was competitivly priced, and even after shopping around it was still in the top two of my best quotes, I rang to check if they could better their quote and the agent who answered my called was very informative and very helpful, after a few questions and a couple of slight adjustments to my oringinal quote (nothing that would affect any claim I made) the agent managed to save me another £20, not a Kings ransom i know but I'm £20 better off all because of a knowledgable and helpful agent.
